Yes, walk ins are not accepted at this time. Services are by appointment only.

Chemicals can not be booked for first time clients. if you book a chemical peel without a prior consultation your appointment may be canceled or your service provider may recommend a different service at the time of your appointment. Please note this is to ensure your skin is healthy enough anf that you get the best possible results. Chemical peels on damaged skin can result in excessive burning. 

We asked that you reschdule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. We also understand that life happens and this is not always possible. Communication is key and we ask that you contact your service provider as soon as possibly even if it is after the 48 hour requirement.

We understand that booking your first facials can be overwhelming. You may book any facial you like. All facials are customized to your skin type and concerns. You can also visit the service menu and pricing for more details on what skin type each facial is recommended for. If you need further assistance or have any additional questions please email us directly.

Due to the nature of the service being provided refunds will not be issued and all sales are final.
